At TogetherAsOneBridal, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. Please note that we have a "No Returns Policy" on all items due to the custom nature of bridal gowns and dresses provided. However, exchanges may be considered at the sole discretion of the owner. Our aim is to make the process straightforward and convenient for you. For non-custom gowns, exchanges or returns are accepted within (7) days of delivery if the gown is in their original condition—new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. All original tags must remain attached, and the hygiene sticker (if applicable) must be intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for additional details to initiate a return or exchange.

We offer worldwide shipping for all bridal gowns. Each gown is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within seven (7) weeks. Please note that made-to-order gowns may require additional time for production. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
