 Due to the custom nature of bridal gowns, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on made-to-order items. We recommend reviewing our sizing guide and consulting our customer service team to ensure the perfect fit before placing your order. For non-custom gowns, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the gown is unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 4–6 weeks. Please note that made-to-order gowns may require additional time for production.
